Starting a New Nimbulis Collaboration Card

There are multiple ways to initiate a New Nimbulis Card.

  1. Click the New + button located on the Open Nimbuli (first 5 shown) widget and select the Nimbulis option.

2. Click the New + button located on the Nimbuli Maintenance page and select the Nimbulis option.

 

3. Click the Actions Menu, select Nimbuli, and then select the New Nimbulis option.

 

4. Keyboard Shortcut – Alt+N

Step 1:

Fill out all blue fields on the New Nimbulis card and save.

  • Type – In addition to the Meeting and Folder types, you can also create a Nimbulis based on a Functional Type. Depending on the Workspace Roles you are assigned, a list of Functional Types will be available to pick from (Ex: Sales, HR Admin, Customer Support, Invoice Management, and Time Entry).
  • Nimbulis Card Name – Once a Type is selected, you can Name that particular Nimbulis Card.

You can also add (optional):

  • Tags
  • Due Date
  • Description

Step 2:

  • Add a Participant to the Nimbulis Card by using the Search Field and selecting the Name when it appears and Save.
  • The Nimbulis platform remembers and recommends Participants that you have used in the past. Selecting the green + button will add the person as a participant to the Nimbulis Card.
  • Selecting the checkbox next to the participant’s name will give them Admin rights on the Nimbulis Card.

 Once saved, additional Tabs will appear.

Step 3:

General Tab

  • View/Edit Name
  • View/Update Status
  • View/Add/Remove Tags
  • View/Add Comments
  • View/Edit/Add Due Date
  • View/Edit/Add Description

Participants Tab

  • View/Add/Make Participant Active/Non-Active.
  • Add or Remove Participants Admin rights.

Comments Tab

  • View/Add Comments

Tasks Tab

  • View Tasks
  • Add/Assign Tasks (Requires Admin Rights)

Links Tab

  • View/Edit/Add

My ToDos Tab

  • View/Edit/Add (Personal to the user)

Related Nimbuli Tab

  • View/Add Existing/Create New

Companies Tab

  • View/Edit/Add

Opportunities Tab

  • View/Add

Workforce Tab

  • View/Add

Jobs Tab

  • View/Add

Invoices Tab

  • View/Add

Schedules Tab
